Section 60 (3) (a) of the Securities Act, Cap. 318A of the laws of Barbados
Pursuant to Section 60 (3) (a) of the Securities Act, Cap. 318 A of the laws of Barbados, Insurance Corporation of Barbados Limited (“ICBL”), a reporting issuer registered with the Financial Services Commission, hereby wishes to give notice that Mr. Vicky S. Bathija has resigned from the Board of Directors effective July 16th 2026.
The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Bathija for his service to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board of Directors has commenced the process of identifying a suitably qualified individual to fill the resulting vacancy and a further announcement will be made in due course.
