The Insurance Corporation of Barbados Limited wishes to advise all pension plan members that the date to elect a Member Trustee to sit on the Board of Trustees of the ICBL Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension Plans is Monday, July 21, 2025.   

DB and DC Pension Plan Members may cast their votes between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. The polling station will be located at the Carlos Holder Resource Centre, ICBL Head Office, Roebuck Street. Voters are asked to bring some form of picture identification.   

Defined Benefit Pension Plan

Pamela lowe

Pamela Lowe has been in the life insurance industry for the past 40 years and an employee of ICBL for 34 years. She currently leads the Life Operations Business Unit and during her tenure has had responsibility for Pensions Administration. She is also the immediate past Member Trustee.

Kerri Benskin

Kerri Benskin is a highly motivated individual who believes strongly in loyalty and integrity. She has worked with ICBL for 26 years, starting as a Clerk/Typist and worked her way up to her current role as Assistant Manager-Personal Injury. If chosen, she looks forward to serving the members of the plan in the capacity of Member Trustee.

Greg Sargeant

Greg Sargeant has been an employee of the ICBL for the past 16 years. He worked his way through the organization from the post of Cashier to Accounts Clerk to the position of Reinsurance Technician which he presently holds. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, master's degree in financial management and the Cert. C.I.I designation. His slogan is "Inspire through your actions, lead with your words.”
