Notice is hereby given to the Shareholders of Insurance Corporation of Barbados Limited that the publication of the audited financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, has been delayed.

We are in the process of finalising our 2023 Audited Financials, which impacted our ability to complete our Audit for 2024.

Shareholders will be further advised regarding an expected date for completion of the Audited 2024 Financials.

Despite the delay, the Company's operations remain unaffected, and we continue to execute our strategic initiatives effectively.

We apologise for any inconvenience the delay may have caused and appreciate your understanding and continued support.
