ICBL paid homage to their Sales Agents for their hard work and successfully surpassing the 2024 targets at the annual Sales Agents Awards ceremony held Monday at the Marriott Courtyard in Hastings.

CEO Goulbourne Alleyne applauded the agents for their 2024 achievements in his opening remarks and urged them to stay focused on the prize. He told them: “Life isnot easy, and what you feed your mind is what becomes a reality. To succeed, you must starve your distractions and remain focused on the required tasks, particularly building solid relationships and achieving conversions. Difficult times will come, but we can overcome those challenges whenconfronted if we focus on the finish line. What we know is that it matters not how you start, but how you finish, and this is evidenced when we examine the trend lines in the overall 2024 results.” He further advised agents who did not meet their targets in 2024 not to be discouraged and to“just keep going.”

AVP Operations, Rhea Mapp-Bynoe, who has led the Sales Team since 2023, advised that although 2024 started slowly, the team ended the year with a powerful finish, surpassing the previous year’s achievements. She pointed out that a more coordinated collaboration with the marketing team and introducing new sales initiatives led to improved overall results, notwithstanding the small size of the Sales Agents team.
Mapp-Bynoe further commented: “Even though we have the smallest sales team in the industry, ICBL has the highest average production per agent. We must foster a culture where excellence is non-negotiable,where we proactively spot issues and resolve them together. We need to keep collaborating, innovating, and supporting each other. Great teams don’t just hit targets—we build legacies.”

“Let’s celebrate not just the numbers but the journey, the camaraderie, and the collective resilience that got us here,” she said.
