Knowing what to do and what your insurance company requires of you can help to speed up the settlement process. You should know what type of policy you have, whether Comprehensive or Third Party, and what level of protection each offers.

Contact ICBL OmniPlus Road Advantage at (246) 434-6000 and the response team will:

  • Report the accident to the police
  • Obtain details of other parties involved in the accident such as the Name, Address, Contact Numbers, Vehicle Registration Number (License Plate No) and Insurance Company of all parties involved 
  • Note the:
    • date and time of the accident
    • condition of the road and lighting
    • names, badge numbers and rank of any police officers attending the scene, as well as the station to which they are attached
    • names, addresses and contact numbers of witnesses
  • List any measurements taken by the Police at the scene of the accident


 When visiting the offices of ICBL to make an accident report, you should ensure you bring along:

  • The Driver’s License of the driver who was in control of the vehicle at the time of the collision
  • The current Insurance Certficate
  • If possible, a detailed statement of the accident from the driver
  • The insured must always accompany the driver in order to verify that he had been granted permission to use the vehicle at the time
